Welcome to our tour to the land of “Holy Golfing Grail” Scotland, home to some of the oldest and highest ranking courses in the world.
We have the opportunity to play on seven different courses including Gleneagles, Royal Dornoch and St Andrews.
Our itinerary includes touring in the beautiful countryside of the midlands and highlands, a traditional “Burns Haggis Night”, whisky tasting, a visit to Edinburgh and a lot more.
The tour will be escorted by two born and bred Scotsmen, Henryk Wesierski of Holiday Coast Tours and Gordon McCallum, a member of the PGA as your tour professional. Gordon grew up on the links courses of Scotland so his knowledge of the courses we play is a huge bonus.
Our true mission is to attend “The Open” as the Scots call it - we attend the play on Friday and Sunday at Royal Troon, a links course on the banks of the River Clyde.
Day 1
Meet at Sydney International Airport for our flight to Glasgow, Scotland.
Day 2
After arriving in Glasgow we make our way through the Scottish countryside to the Taymouth Holiday Centre and Golf Course in the central Perthshire, a stunning location. Irena and Robyn (Henryk’s sister and brother in law) will be our hosts for the next three nights. Unlimited golf is available so have a round or relax and recharge after the trip.
Day 3
Golf today is at Kenmore , a warm up round for the weeks ahead. Enjoy a pint or two as you get to know your fellow golfers. Tonight we are welcomed to Scotland with a traditional Scottish feast complete with haggis, bagpipes, Burns poetry and lots of whisky - and some Scottish beef as well.

Day 5
Golf today is at the historic King James VI Island course in the city of Perth. This is a James Baird designed course and will be a great experience. After the round we drive though the scenic Perthshire countryside to Auchterarder, home of the famous Gleneagles Gold Course. Tonight we stay on course in opulent luxury with dinner at Scotland’s only Michelin star restaurant.

We stop and look around in preparation for our game here tomorrow, then continue on to Dundee were we will stay for the next 3 nights.
